In less than four minutes (3:41), a cast of children narrate what it feels like when they are upset, in their body and their minds, what it feels like when they stop to take some deep breaths. We see how slowing down and becoming more aware enables them to recover and relate better with themselves and others. Adults appear in the film only briefly, as silent models, as if they were being directed, or instructed by the kids who here are the knowledge-holders.
